Today we're making the Southside! This pre-Prohibition classic is a simple, refreshing mix of gin, citrus, mint and sugar. The exact origins are a bit murky - some say Chicago, others point to New York - but one thing’s clear: it’s a crowd pleaser. The recipe has taken on a few forms over the years, but this is how I like to make it. Grab your mint and join me for this summertime favorite. Cheers!
