Today we're making Pink Gin! This simple two-ingredient drink dates back hundreds of years to the Royal Navy. There's no added sugar, so finding the right balance can be tricky. But once achieved, the result is bright and surprisingly easy to enjoy. The standard gin to use is Plymouth, but the sweetness of an Old Tom would also work well. This one's for all you gin lovers out there! Cheers!
