The enzoni
Today's cocktail is the Enzoni! Muddled grapes balance Campari's sharp bitterness and make for an extremely easy-to-drink cocktail. This crowd favorite has become a modern classic. I'll stick with the standard build for the Enzoni, but will change things up in a second drink called the Frozoni - a frozen variation that adds bubbly wine! Hope you enjoy both of these recipes. Cheers!
