The alberto martini Recipe

  1. Start with a mixing glass

  2. Pour in 1 oz. of your favorite dry gin

  3. Next, add in 1 oz. of fino sherry

  4. Then, add in 1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano

  5. Lastly, pour in the 1/2 oz. Cointreau

  6. Add ice, & stir your cocktail

  7. Grab a chilled glass and strain

  8. Using your orange peel, express orange oil on top

  9. Garnish

  10. Enjoy!

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Martin Miller’s Gin

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Valdespino “Ynocente” Fino Sherry

  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Americano

  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cointreau

  • Expressed orange oil and peel for garnish
